2 lbs ground beef
1 medium diced onion
2-3 eggs
1/4 tsp pepper
3/4 - 1 cup panko bread crumbs

1/2 - 3/4 cup tomato sauce
2-3 tsp Presto Sauce Co. Garlic Sauce + extra for coating the top of loaf

 

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a loaf pan.

2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.

3. Form into loaf pan and spread Presto Sauce Co. Garlic Sauce thickly on top.

4. Bake for 1-1.5 hours until top is browned and meat is cooked thoroughly in the centre.
